 The production process of hot air cotton:
Blended cotton: various fibers and blended fibers in proportion;
Initial opening: the mixed raw materials are transported to the pre-opening machine for preliminary opening and opening;
Fine opening: the fiber raw material planned by the pre-opening machine is finely opened here, so that all the crimped fibers are stretched out for combing;
Cotton collection: The air pipe transports the finely opened raw materials to the feeder, where the opened raw materials are fluffy and soft;
Carding: the cotton collecting machine sends the finely opened cotton to the carding machine, and the carding machine combs the fibers into a net;
Hot pressing: The cotton spread into a net is pressed to a specified thickness according to the specified parameters, and the fiber is initially shaped, and then enters the oven, and the hot pressing is completed;
Shaping: The fiber after hot pressing is pressed into the specified thickness after high temperature sterilization according to the specified parameters.
Trimming: Cut the environmentally friendly resin cotton into the specified width or sheet size according to the specified parameters, pack the goods, and complete the production.
